Delivery and Returns

The delivery time for your order is usually 1-2 working days in Denmark and up to 6-7 working days outside Denmark.

Delivery area: We deliver to all countries worldwide.

ChiCura ApS ships goods with the following: Pickup, GLS, UPS and PostNord.

The freight is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery" in DK.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

 

 

Shipping costs: 

Denmark: 29 DKK / 4.95 €, free delivery for orders over 500 DKK / 67 €.

EU: 75 DKK / 10.95 €, free delivery on orders over 800 DKK / 107 €.

Europe (non-EU and selected countries): 90 DKK / 12.95 €, free delivery on orders over 1200 DKK / 161 €.

Rest of the world:

0 - 1 kg 265 DKK / 35 €

1.1 - 10 kg 425 DKK / 57 €

10.1 - 15 kg 750 DKK / 100 €

15.1 - 20 kg 1100 DKK / 149 €

Prices do not include customs clearance costs (these costs are only outside the EU).

 

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are at your own expense.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests for the right of withdrawal must be sent by email studio@chicura.com to which the standard withdrawal form must be completed and sent (see the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).

 

Condition of the product upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to ChiCura ApS to assess the condition of the item.
