The delivery time for your order is 1-2 working days in DK and up to 6-7 working days in Europa. Outside Europe might take a bit longer.
ChiCura ApS uses GLS, UPS, and PostNord for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

Denmark: 4 Euro, free delivery for orders above 68 Euro.
EU: 10 Euro, free delivery for orders above 106 Euro.
Europe (not EU and selected countries): 12 Euro, free delivery for orders above 135 Euro.
Rest of the world:
0 - 1 kg, this price is only offered to: posters (50x70cm and below), art cards, cushions and frames from A3 and below, boletus and shelves on 30 cm) 16 Euro. Or else the price is 35 Euro.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
ChiCura ApS offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are held by yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail to studio@chicura.com.
In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to ChiCura ApS to evaluate the item's condition.
